Copyright
Policy.

Only file a copyright claim if you genuinely believe your original work was used without permission. Bad-faith claims have legal and account consequences.

Loop takes intellectual property seriously. We process every claim within 24 hours. We also take false claims seriously — three rejected claims permanently restrict your ability to file on Loop.

False claims have consequences

17 U.S.C. § 512(f) — Knowingly filing a false DMCA notice may result in damages and attorney fees.

  • Your claim is reviewed within 24 hours of submission
  • If valid, the content is removed and the artist is notified
  • The artist may file a counter-notice if they believe the claim is mistaken
  • Rejected claims result in a strike on your account

Email dmca@loopcity.app with the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific Loop pack or sticker you believe infringes it
  • A link to your original work, dated prior to the alleged infringement
  • Your full legal name, email, and physical address
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If your work was removed and you believe the claim was filed in error, you may file a counter-notice to dmca@loopcity.app within 14 days. The original claimant will be notified, and content will be restored within 10–14 business days unless they pursue legal action.
